It's time to Get Off OUR Asses!!

After a long hiatus, It's time to get off your ass in the name of charity!! Dust off those runners, and go for a 5k walk or run in support of the Meow Foundation! This 5k is "virtual" between April 24-April 30, meaning you choose a walking or running path in your community. We will also have an in-person event on April 30, so if you're in Calgary, come on down to North Glenmore Park on April 30th at 10am MT!

MEOW Foundation was founded in 2000 by 11 passionate volunteers, brought together by their concern for the welfare of stray and abandoned cats in the City of Calgary. Not only do they have an open cage, no-kill animal shelter, with an adoption program through the facility AND the Regal Cat Cafe; they offer a subsidised Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP), Cat Food Assistance Program and Trap Neuter Return (TNR) Program for cats living in the Calgary community.

With that said, we are donating 100% of the registration fees to the Meow Foundation here in Calgary! We will also have Get Off Your Ass 5k 2022 merch for you to purchase to help the cause!
